London & Essex Drains Ltd is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a field-based role covering London, Essex, Kent and Suffolk, carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works.
Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carpentry and general building repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical works
- Property refurbishment and remedial works
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and general repairs
- Working across residential and commercial properties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous multi-trade/property maintenance experience
- Strong practical skills across multiple trades
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and to a high standard
- Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
- CSCS Card – Preferred
- Relevant trade qualifications – Advantageous
