We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our busy café kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the kitchen team and helping create a positive, supportive atmosphere.
- Training and encouraging team members so everyone feels confident in their role.
- Making sure food is prepared to a high standard and the kitchen stays clean, organised, and safe.
- Keeping the kitchen running efficiently during busy services.
- Leading by example with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience, with some experience leading or supervising a team.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and brings positive energy to the workplace.
- A reliable, organised person who stays calm under pressure.
- A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
