As a Food Industry Tutor, you will be required to motivate and support apprentices achieve qualifications to work within the food industry. You will be delivering NVQ training programmes/resources and delivering high quality teaching to a diverse range of apprentices.
You will carry out learner needs assessments and provide teaching accordingly.

Possession of the following qualifications is essential:
- Level 3 or above in Food Industry Skills or equivalent including professional cookery
- 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including maths, English and ICT.
- Minimum 2 years vocational experience in the chosen vocational area
- Teaching Qualification (Minimum ‘Certificate in Teaching’) or working towards a qualification or willing to undertake a qualification
- Assessors Award (or be willing to work towards it).
- Must possess Full Driving License - company pool cars available for travel
Previous experience in the design and delivery of training programmes and the evaluation of such learning is advantageous.
Based in Strabane but travel throughout Northern Ireland for the role is required.
