Senergy is one of the leading installers of renewable energy in the country and we are looking to add to our highly motivated telesales team in our Benfleet office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce and promote products or services to customers over the phone - Follow scripts and guidelines to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines
