Duties
- Actively identify and approach potential clients to promote our products and services
- Must have experience in estimating for carpets and LVT
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Provide personalised advice and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse client needs
- Knowledge of our industry or related products is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- A valid driving licence is essential for visiting customers at different locations
