Location: Hybrid working model with three days in Marylebone office
This role reports directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner - Stores for the British Isles Cluster (UK and Ireland market ownership), the 2nd largest in Pandora Globally. The role business partners the Property and Legal teams, where the role drives robust financial planning, investment appraisal and cost control across Pandora’s store estate. Core finance routines include month end, forecasting sales and opex, annual budgets, flagging risks and opportunities and turning large datasets into meaningful pieces of analysis for decision making.

What to expect from the role
Lead the annual budgeting process for property-related expenditure including rent, rates, utilities, maintenance and legal costs.
Review and analyse expenditure including rent, business rates, service charges, maintenance and utilities.
