Who We Are
At LUCIO’S, we’re all about genuine hospitality, quality coffee and honest food. Inspired by Italian café culture, our space is built around connection — where every guest feels valued and everything we serve reflects care, consistency and quality.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for another team member to join our close-knit team and work across all areas of our coffee shop and deli.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Barista & Coffee Shop Team Member who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.
This is a cross-trained role, not solely a barista position.
Alongside preparing and serving coffee, you’ll work across front-of-house, food service and kitchen production depending on the needs of the business.
We believe in building a team where everyone can support one another, take ownership of their area and maintain consistently high standards.
Previous barista, hospitality or food preparation experience is preferred, but we’re also interested in candidates with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Support daily kitchen and food production, including our deli and grab-and-go offering
- Prepare made-to-order food during service
- Operate the till and serve cakes, pastries and other products
- Replenish and maintain food and drinks displays
- Run food and drinks to customers and maintain the customer area
- Clear tables, wash up and maintain clean and organised work areas
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and organisation
- Follow our food safety, cleaning and brand standards
- Complete opening and closing duties when required
- Move between different stations throughout the day to support smooth service
- Support events, catering and our mobile coffee trailer when required

- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, early starts, bank holidays and occasional late evenings
