Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project & Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality assurance. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting organisational objectives through meticulous project management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Compliance
Completion of RAMS, permits and lifting plans
Maintain H&S documentation
Manage Customer Portals
Upload and maintain all project related documents and track renewals
Project Administration
Maintain project files, trackers and registers
Support with labour mobilisation for live projects
Commercial Support
Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and purchase order queries
Coordination
Ensure efficient information flow between customers, office staff and site teams
Skills, Experience & Personal Qualities
Administration experience in Construction, Engineering or Contracting
Knowledge and experience of construction site health & safety requirements
Familiarity with compliance portals and customer portals
Excellent organisation and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent people and communication skills
Knowledge of permits and site access
Experience of dealing with customers and operational staff
Experience of contractual admin including applications, backing sheets and timesheets
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & Outlook
Confident to take ownership of tasks and follow these through
Comfortable working independently and with teams
Methodical, proactive and solutions-focused
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
