**CHILDCARE PRACTITIONER**
Based in Ayr
We are looking for a permanent staff member and bank staff to join our team. We are a provider of childcare for children from the ages of 4 - 12 providing Breakfast Club from 7:45am - 9am and after school care from 2:15pm to 6pm term time. Additional hours are available during our Summer/Holiday Clubs which operates Monday to Friday from 8.15 am until 5.30 pm.
Hours will vary each week minimum 16 hours for the permanent post then bank post is as required to cover holiday club, holidays, absences and to increase our staff/children ratios when needed.
Pay is above average & dependant on experience/ability.
Qualification to minimum NC level. Must have minimum 1 year working in a childcare setting. Must have experience of completing care plans to a good standard

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in a childcare setting.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and organized childcare setting.
- Complete personal plans to a good standard
- Assist in managing daily operations and support leadership initiatives as needed.
- Assit in general daily house keeping to a good standard
- Work well in a small team setting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.75-£13.45 per hour
