About the Role
As a Ventilation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of ventilation systems designed to control condensation and prevent mould growth. You will work on-site across occupied properties, both independently and as part of a wider team, supporting our housing and local authority clients.
This role suits a skilled engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working to a high standard, and contributing to healthier living environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and commissioning of ventilation systems
- Fault finding and diagnosing airflow, humidity, and ventilation issues
- Ensuring all electrical and ventilation works comply with current regulations
- Working safely and professionally in occupied properties
- Communicating clearly with residents, colleagues, and management
- Completing job documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Minimum Level 2 Electrical Qualification
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
