Here at GXO Screwfix, we are looking for Night shift Warehouse Operatives to join us at our site in Stafford. From picking and packing to dispatching orders, you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.
You will be working on a full time, permanent basis during the hours of 22:00 and 06:00, Sunday to Thursday.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the day-to-day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Pick and pack products accurately for retail delivery orders, handling stock with care and a high level of attention to detail
- Work efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all Safe Systems of Work, Standard Operating Procedures and hygiene requirements
What you’ll need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve KPIs and targets effectively
- To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
- Worked in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved
- Able to show initiative and identify ways of improving team performance and efficiency
