As the Sous Chef, you will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring that our food production meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
- Handle any kitchen-related issues that arise during service.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with experience in food production and preparation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively within a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for cooking and creativity in dish presentation.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
