Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised E-commerce Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. The successful candidate will be responsible for product uploads, pricing, stock management, customer enquiries, and digital advertising. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with e-commerce systems and online tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Uploading and managing products on the website
- Managing and updating web prices
- Dealing with customer enquiries through the website in a professional and timely manner
- Managing stock levels across the website and warehouse
- Managing warehouse inventory and coordinating stock when required
- Using the Shopify backend to manage products, orders, and website content (preferred)
- Managing stock in the warehouse when required
- Managing Google Ads campaigns
- Managing paid advertising campaigns and monitoring performance
- Working with Google Docs, Google Drive, and other Google tools for documentation and organisation
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous experience in an e-commerce role preferred
- Shopify backend management experience preferred
- Experience managing Google Ads and paid advertising
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Competent using Google Docs, Google Drive, and general computer systems
- Ability to manage stock and inventory systems
Working Hours
- 9:00am – 4:00pm
- One hour lunch break - (Unpaid)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
