We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef to join our busy lochside restaurant on the historic Craufurdland Estate.
The role involves leading kitchen service across:
- A busy all-day restaurant menu
- Castle afternoon teas and private dining
- Pre-booked group lunches and dinners
You'll work directly with the owner, helping manage kitchen operations, develop menus, maintain standards and support the wider team.
Requirements
- Experience in a senior kitchen role
- Strong organisational and cooking skills
- Ability to lead by example
- Passion for fresh, locally sourced food
