We are looking to recruit dedicated and hardworking bartenders to join our busy cocktail bar in the heart of Cudworth. Previous experience of working behind a bar is not necessary.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Talking to customers and taking orders.
- Providing excellent customer
- Preparing and serving beverages, up to company standards, including cocktails.
- Clearing tables and glass collection/ ensuring the customer area is clean and tidy.
- Taking payments.
- Keeping the bar clean and tidy.
- Cleaning down of the bar.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in line with training provided
- Handle payments
- Apply responsible alcohol management awareness and ensure all customers too intoxicated to serve are pointed out to a member of senior management
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Ensure that the bar, front-of-house, and other areas are clean and maintained
- Other duties as requested
We are looking for staff to start with us as soon as possible. Must be available on Friday, Saturday and Sundays /bank holidays. Other weekday shifts may be available.
Wage will be hourly and paid weekly.
