About the Role
We are looking for an organised and professional Property Management Administrator to join our busy residential property management team. Supporting the management of a portfolio of residential developments, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing excellent customer service to leaseholders, contractors, and colleagues.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Organise, issue, and record keys for contractors attending sites.
- Process and record service charge payments accurately.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of Meetings, including arranging documentation and administrative support.
- Provide administrative assistance with compliance matters, helping to maintain accurate records and monitor deadlines.
- Support the wider property management team with general office administration.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing post and other office duties as required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Confident telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable
- Previous experience in residential property management or a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of service charges and leasehold property management.
- Experience assisting with compliance administration or meeting coordination.
