We are seeking an Office Administrator (Generalist) to join our team at Jubilee High School, part of Bourne Education Trust.
As an Office Administrator (Generalist), you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and clerical support within the school, alongside delivering excellent and proactive front-line customer service to families and visitors.

Location: Addlestone, Surrey
Contract: Part-time, permanent, 38 weeks per year (Term-time plus 1 week); 36 hours per week
(Monday – Friday 8am - 4pm)

Responsible to: Office Manager, School Business Leader and ultimately Headteacher

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide effective administrative support to the School Business Manager and office team
- Undertake general admin duties as required for the efficient function of the office team
- Keep up-to-date records of changing school information and maintain key information for reference and distribution, as necessary
Requirements include:
Essential
- An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
