We are currently recruiting an experienced Domestic Services Supervisor to support the Northern Health and Social Care Trust across Magherafelt, Maghera and Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:

Supervising and supporting domestic services staff across assigned locations
-
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection prevention are maintained
-
Supporting staff training, development and performance
-
Ensuring Health & Safety, COSHH and Trust policies are followed
-
Delegating duties effectively while maintaining overall responsibility for service delivery
-
Promoting continuous improvement and efficient working practices
-
Maintaining positive working relationships with staff and wider teams
-
Supporting equality, diversity and inclusion across the service
-
Encouraging efficient use of resources, recycling and environmental good practice
-
Ensuring staff follow relevant information governance and data protection procedures
What We're Looking For
You will need:
- Previous experience working as a Domestic Assistant

Drivers licence and access to transport
-
Previous supervisory experience
-
Good knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe working practices
-
Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
The ability to lead, support and motivate a team
