£38,000 Basic Salary | Up to £55,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the workshop.
- Allocating work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and workshop demands.
- Monitoring workshop productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supporting, coaching and motivating the workshop team.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and manufacturer compliance.
- Liaising with the Service Department to ensure customers are kept informed of repair progress.
- Assisting with technical queries and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior Technician within the motor trade.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge with strong diagnostic understanding.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
