Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Nightclub Promoter & VIP Host to join the biggest group of promoters in London! As a promoter, you work for yourself, you can work as little or as much as you want to, and make as little or as much as you want to every week!
You'll be scouting the streets for groups looking to party, welcoming high-spend guests into our selection of Mayfair nightclubs, networking with celebrities, models, and club VIPS, and building your own brand every time you're out.
No minimum hours, no maximum pay. While this is a comission-based role, you have the potential to earn 100's of £ per day if you are able to truly sell our service!

Responsibilities
- Promote our nightclubs through social media, word-of-mouth, and targeted outreach to attract diverse clientele, and add them to your guest list.
- Engage with guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as VIPs or regular patrons
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers to boost brand visibility
- Coordinate with management to promote special events, guest lists, and VIP reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience
- Collaborate with other teams to develop promotional campaigns that increase attendance and brand awareness
Qualifications
- NO PROMOTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Experience in marketing, event promotion, or hospitality preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse groups of people
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events (typical hours are from between 21:00-5:00 over the weekends)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships and promoting the venue
