Overview
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Gents Barber to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide professional grooming services to our diverse clientele, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied and confident. Your passion for hair styling, excellent communication skills, and dedication to customer service will help create a memorable experience for every guest.
Duties
- Deliver precise and stylish haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their grooming needs and offer expert advice
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area and tools to ensure a safe environment
- Stay updated on the latest barbering techniques and trends to provide innovative services
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently while accommodating walk-in clients
- Promote retail products and grooming packages to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
- Ensure all services are delivered with attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness
Experience
- Proven experience as a barber or in a similar grooming role within a busy barbershop environment
- Strong skills in hair styling, beard trimming, and grooming techniques for men of all ages
- Excellent communication skills in English to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and haircutting styles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
