AquaBubble Swim Academy is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team for Sunday mornings, and after‑school lessons.
Specific shifts:
- Sunday Mornings - Parent & Baby
- Tuesday 'After School' - Stages 1-5, and 1-1 lessons
About the Role
You’ll deliver fun, safe and engaging swimming lessons to babies, toddlers, children and adults in our own warm, purpose‑built pool (30°+). We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping swimmers grow in confidence.
Requirements
- STA or Swim England Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Baby & toddler teaching qualification (STA or Swim England Level 2 or equivalent) for the Sunday lessons
- Confident teaching independently and in small groups
- Up‑to‑date DBS and safeguarding training
- Swim teacher or lifeguard rescue award
- Reliable, positive and great with families
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality lessons following our structured programme
- Ensure safety and enjoyment for all swimmers
- Communicate clearly with parents and colleagues
- Support swimmer progression and maintain a welcoming environment
