Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results.
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards to create visually appealing pizzas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to prevent waste.
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared pizzas to customers.
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food safety practices.
- Experience with pizza making or similar culinary skills is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with staff members effectively.
