We are recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to join a highly successful sales team, playing a vital role liaising between our Sales Representatives, customers and manufacturing department.
Processing sales orders and being the first point of contact for customers with queries regarding products, orders, deliveries and provide support for Sales Representatives.
To work closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer requirements are accurately identified, communicated and processed and to meet/exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently though Sales Order Processing System.
- Checking details with clients before processing on the system and in accordance with store operating procedures.
- Effectively responding to customer communications/enquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone and emails.
- Liaise between customers and all internal departments on matters relating to sales.
- Build long-term relationship with sales, stores, administration and production staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service.

Hours of Work
- 40 hour per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17:00pm)
