The Role
Support people aged 65+ to stay safe, comfortable and independent at home. Personal care, medication support, meal prep, manual handling, continence care, and genuine companionship. This is demanding work that requires the right heart and attitude - but if you have it, we will give you everything you need to be brilliant.
What We Need From You
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Caring, reliable, respectful approach
- Excellent time-keeping
- Clear communication
- Willingness to learn (experience welcome but not essential)
Pay & Benefits
- Transparent rates: £13.30-£14.75/hr (increases with service and qualifications)
- Mileage: 25p per mile on actual routes
- Holiday pay separate (not rolled into hourly rate)
- DBS cost reimbursed in first wage
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification funded
- Weekend commitment: minimum 4 shifts per fortnight
