We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
The Role
You will be responsible for speaking to customers over the phone, identifying their requirements, promoting our services and turning enquiries into sales. You’ll build strong customer relationships while working towards individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Identify customer requirements
- Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Maintain accurate records
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and friendly on the telephone
- Motivated by targets and earning potential
- A good communicator with excellent listening skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and resilient
- Organised and able to work independently
- Has previous telesales or call-centre experience
