We're converting a property into multiple residential units and need an experienced joiner to handle first and second fix carpentry to a high standard. Ideal for someone who takes pride in precise, quality work.
*What you'll be doing*
- First fix: studwork, floors, door linings, structural timber
- Second fix: doors, skirting, architrave, fitted units, and finishing joinery
- Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery
- Working from drawings and to agreed specifications
*What we're looking for*
- Time-served or proven joinery/carpentry experience
- Own tools and transport
- Strong attention to detail and clean finishing
- Reliable, organised, and deadline-focused
- References or examples of previous work
