We are seeking skilled FOH staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or service, and have a passion for food and coffee. They should be able to deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Serve food and drinks (prepared by the Baristas and Kitchen staff)
- Provide excellent customer service, taking and fulfilling orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards of the restaurant
- Maintain the FOH area, including re-stocking and preparing for busy periods
Requirements:
- Strong time management to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Helpful and friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Tray service
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
