Be the voice of our customers and play a key role in keeping our orders moving
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking for a role where you can make a real difference? We’re looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our team in Sheffield.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you’ll provide a high standard of customer service while supporting the smooth and accurate administration of our UK and export sales orders. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing updates, supporting key accounts and ensuring orders progress efficiently from receipt through to despatch.
Your day-to-day role will involve processing sales orders, responding to customer enquiries, providing information on orders, pricing and availability, arranging despatch and preparing export documentation. You’ll also support key accounts, manage customer complaints and work with colleagues across the business and external partners to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and sales, shipping and customs documentation, as well as using internal and external systems to support the order process. You’ll also provide general administrative support to the Customer Services team as required.
You’ll have previous experience in a customer service or similar customer-facing role, with confident verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing a varied workload while working to deadlines.
You’ll enjoy solving problems, building positive relationships and getting things right first time. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, are essential. Experience with ERP systems, export customers or export documentation would be advantageous.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, proactive and resilient, with a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
