What You’ll Do
Keep children safe, happy, and supported
Create personalized care plans that build life skills and confidence
Support healing and growth through trauma-informed practice
Work closely with colleagues and professionals to safeguard wellbeing
Keep accurate records and maintain a homely environment
Work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins Complete training and work towards required qualifications
What You Bring
A level 3 in Children’s Residential or health and social care
A caring, honest, and enthusiastic attitude
Strong communication and emotional resilience
Reliability, commitment, and a real team spirit
Experience working with children or vulnerable groups
An understanding of trauma, child development, and safeguarding
A Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or a willingness to earn one
Backgrounds in psychology, education, health care, or early years are a bonus!
