Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Surrey Hills, The Huntington & Langham Estate have exciting opportunities available for night care assistants. We are looking for naturally caring people with a genuine interest in supporting/assisting our residents in all aspects of care and daily life. We adopt the Dragonfly model of care. Full training will be given.
These are waking nights.
We work to small ratio's of staff to residents (1:3), enabling high standards of care and time to spend with our residents, developing 'family' relationships.
Shift patterns: 8pm to 8am
Nights available:
every Saturday and Sunday
alternate Fridays

Main Duties
Assisting our residents with all aspects of care and daily life, including physical, spiritual and emotional needs. Assisting with personal care with privacy, dignity and respect.
Following care plans and completing daily records as instructed in line with the companies policies and procedures.
Work as part of the team and offer person centred care.
Provide care and compassion to palliative residents or those whom have a progressive illness.

About the Huntington & Langham Estate
Our award winning care homes have been family owned and run for over 48 years.
We are set in 30 acres of beautiful grounds which are used daily to benefit both our nursing and dementia residents. We are looking to recruit, on behalf of our residents, caring, passionate assistants, to become part of our family, and support them with their daily lives.
