- 08:30–16:30
- 09:30–17:30
- 11:00–19:00
- 13:00–20:00
- 17:00–Close (approx. 12:30am–1:00am)

What’s my role as a Kitchen Porter?
As a Kitchen Porter, your role is to ensure the kitchen and restaurant areas always have clean, available equipment. You’ll work in the pot wash area, cleaning both front of house items (plates, cutlery) and kitchen tools (pots, pans), while keeping the kitchen space tidy and organised.
