Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive project success by providing comprehensive support across multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination among teams, stakeholders, and resources. Your skills and organizational expertise will help ensure that project installations are planned, deployed, commissioned and tested in line with the solution design and specification.
Duties
- Work Collaboratively with Project Managers and teams to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside 3rd party contractors to provide SOW required and ensure PO's are raised as per process.
- Produce and provide consolidated project reports in written form to management
- Monitor Project WIP and budget helping to ensure that resources are used efficiently
- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure Presales and Sales follow process, chase and organise internal kick off meetings, attend and record project minutes, store and distribute actions.
- Preparation and completion of project documentation
- Provide admin support as needed
- Act as an assistant or junior project manager, taking responsibility for pre-defined tasks or roll out projects
- Active ideas and contribution to process updates and improvements
- Monitoring and management of Project teams sites to ensure process is followed tasks completed
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Maintaining regular contact with customers, project managers and providers in relation to order timescales and status
- Invoice project work in line with payment terms and client credit accounts ensuring that invoices are produced accurately, on time and with sufficient detail
- Issue project introduction correspondence to new site installs
- Complete project closures
- Request Project numbers and invoice request

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
