Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in the bar and restaurant, serving drinks, and assisting with the delivery of food and drink.
- Manage customer reservations using diary software and oversee online booking systems.
- Perform cash handling duties, including managing floats and efficiently operating the EPOS till system.
- Always ensure a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the pub and restaurant.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
- Provide cover or assistance where needed in other hospitality outlets throughout the estate.
These are seasonal positions offering a minimum of 16 hours per week on a rota basis, with the chance to gain additional shifts during our buzzing busy periods – especially during the summer months.
Salary will be £12.71 per hour with holiday pay paid on top at 12.07% of hours worked (a total hourly rate of £14.25 per hour)
As the role involves serving alcohol, applicants must be 18 or older.
