Higher Jump Logistics is a UK-based white-glove furniture and bulky goods delivery company, with depots across the UK and Europe. We're looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic to join our team and keep our vehicles road-ready. About the role: You'll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of our delivery fleet, with a primary focus on our Renault Master vans. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping a fleet running safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities: Routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance across the fleet Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and bodywork issues Ensuring vehicles meet safety and roadworthiness standards Managing MOT/service schedules and maintenance records Liaising with depot management on vehicle availability and downtime Requirements: Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic (commercial/fleet experience preferred) Strong knowledge of van maintenance, ideally Renault Master or similar LCVs Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent) Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage own workload What we offer: Well paid, with pay reflecting experience Stable, growing company with multi-depot UK and European operations Supportive team environment To apply, please send your CV and a brief note on your experience.
