Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide compassionate care and reassurance throughout your shifts, ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable and well supported.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting residents living with dementia
- Assisting with mobility using safe moving and handling techniques
- Carrying out regular wellbeing checks
- Supporting continence care and personal hygiene
- Assisting residents with hydration and comfort throughout the night
- Accurately updating care records
- Working closely with the wider care team to deliver exceptional care

We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker or Senior Care Assistant
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
- Compassionate, patient and reliable nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of person-centred care
- Experience supporting people living with dementia is desirable but not essential
