Job Summary
We are seeking a team player with a passion for hospitality and experience managing people to to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the floor manager on shift by running your own section to a very high standard, as well as helping to ensure that these standards are being maintained by other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth service delivery across all shifts
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages
- Assist with bartending, serving, and supporting culinary activities as needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to uphold excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols within the restaurant environment
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Experience with bartending, serving, or barista duties is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food production, and hospitality standards
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.71-£13.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
