About Us
We Care (TJ) Ltd is a growing, independent domiciliary care provider based in Bicester.
Due to continued growth and an increase in the number of people choosing us to provide their care, we are looking for reliable, compassionate Care Assistants to join our team.
If you are already working in care but are feeling under-valued, unsupported or simply ready for a change, we would love to hear from you.
We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced carers in the Bicester area whose employment circumstances may have recently changed.
Pay & Travel Time
We believe carers should be paid properly for the time they spend working – including travelling between clients.
- £13.50 per hour – weekdays
- £14.50 per hour – weekends
- £12.71 per hour – paid travel time between care calls
- Mileage allowance for drivers
- Holiday pay and workplace pension
Unlike roles where you may only be paid for the time spent inside a client's home, your travel time between scheduled care calls is paid.
The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care and support
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Supporting mobility
- Shopping and everyday activities
- Recording care accurately using our digital care system
- Helping clients maintain their independence, dignity and choice
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who are:
- Kind, compassionate and genuinely interested in caring for others
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues
- Experienced in care, although applications from the right people without previous experience will also be considered

We Care (TJ) Ltd is a licensed Skilled Worker sponsor and already employs sponsored care workers. However, we do not currently have Certificates of Sponsorship available for new applicants.
We are in the process of applying for additional Certificates of Sponsorship, but there is no guarantee that additional certificates will be granted.
