Stratum Masonry are seeking a reliable, well organised individual to join our growing team as a Yard Manager
This is a key, hands on role that supports the smooth running of our projects. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering materials to site, as well as maintaining a clean, organised, and well managed yard space.
The role is varied, with time split between working from our yard and driving to sites across Central Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering materials safely and efficiently to sites across the Central Belt
- Loading and unloading vehicles and deliveries
- Organising, maintaining, and cleaning the yard to a high standard
- Managing stock levels and ensuring materials are stored correctly
- Assisting with material orders and tracking deliveries
- Working closely with our office team to ensure operations run smoothly
- Managing the diary schedule for all fleet maintenance including van servicing and MOT’s
- Supporting site teams by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
