Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their drinks orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve drinks taking cash or card payment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist in restocking supplies, ingredients, and bar essentials throughout shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending, or serving is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key, and a willingness to learn!
- Knowledge responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Good time management skills to ensure timely service without compromising quality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
