Support Worker – 24 Hour Contract Available
£12.85 - £13.70 per hour (depending on experience) + excellent benefits

We're currently recruiting for two 24-hour contracted Support Workers to join a specialist support team supporting a wonderful young woman with learning disabilities in her own home.

About the Person You'll Be Supporting
The young woman you'll be supporting is non-verbal, can walk short distances, and requires support with personal care and daily living activities.
She is a real joy to be around and has a bright, engaging personality. She loves getting out and about in the car, visiting local parks, and taking part in the wide range of activities organised each week by Time to Care Specialist Support Services.
We're looking for someone who will take the time to get to know her, understand her communication style, encourage her independence, and help create positive experiences every day.
This role is about much more than providing care – it's about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping someone enjoy a happy and fulfilling life.
Working Pattern
You'll always work as part of a 2:1 support team, ensuring excellent support for the individual and a collaborative working environment for staff.
Available contracts:
- Two 24-hour contracts available
- Alternative contracted hours may be considered for the right candidate
Shift patterns include:
- Day shifts: 08:00 – 20:00
- Waking nights: 20:00 – 08:00
- Sleep-in shifts: 08:00 – 23:00, sleep-in, then 07:00 – 08:00
Overtime opportunities are also available.
