About the Role
As Funding and Performance Data Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effective use of funding and performance data across the organisation. You will provide insightful analysis and reporting that supports strategic planning, operational decision making and continuous improvement.
- Managing funding related data validation and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to statutory and funding body requirements
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful business insights
- Producing accurate and timely performance reports to support planning, monitoring and decision-making
- Analysing learner and organisational performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Support statutory returns, funding claims and internal reporting requirements
- Improving reporting processes through automation and effective data management practices
- Work collaboratively with Curriculum, Quality, Finance and MIS teams to support planning, performance monitoring and quality improvement
- Providing data driven insight and recommendations to inform strategic and operational objectives
- Ensuring robust data governance and maintaining confidence in organisational data
- Foster a data informed culture that supports continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making
