We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bushey. You'll be supporting pupils in the classroom, helping them stay engaged with their learning, build confidence, and develop their independence.

This is a full time rolestarting in September working Monday-Friday 9-3:30pm.

Support pupils in the classroom and during activities.

Provide 1:1 and small-group support where needed.

Help pupils build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.

Encourage engagement and participation in lessons.

Support the class teacher with day-to-day learning activities.

Work closely with teachers and the wider school team.

At least 3 months' experience working with children or young people.

A patient, caring, and positive approach.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Right to work in the UK.

Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a Bachelor's Degree.

Knowledge of strategies to support communication, behaviour, or learning.
