Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to individual clients
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilise CRM software effectively to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up calls
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay informed about new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Organised with exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Skilled in upselling techniques to maximise revenue opportunities
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Adept at presenting information clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats

Pay: £24,420.00-£65,551.24 per year
