Overview:
We are seeking a further two Sales Representatives to join our existing busy sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The successful applicant will have an excellent history of providing great customer service and be able to transfer their skills and sales acumen to our industry.
Duties:
- Visit customers homes throughout the West Midlands and beyond, to face to face sell our range of Windows & Doors.
- This role is attending 10-15 appointments per week in customers homes between 9.30 and 5.30 daily with occasional mid-week 17.30pm home appointments. Saturdays are working in Coseley Showroom 9-4 with a day off in the week.
- When not at appointments working in our Meadow Lane , Coseley Showroom to meet and greet our customers.
Experience:
- Have direct face to face selling experience with the ability to listen, learn and negotiate effectively.
- Good numeracy skills and the ability to use PC design packages. Good use of Microsoft WORD.
ESSENTIAL - Possess a valid driving licence and have own vehicle for business use. Fuel allowance is paid at £120 per month, all work is local to West Midlands.
- Process driven with the ability to adapt to new sales processes.
- Excellent time management skills.
Basic salary plus generous commission. (Self employed positions available too). OTE £45-65k
