Due to an increase in pipeline, we are looking for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson who can turn their hand to most trades, wants steady work, decent organisation, and a company that values experience.
The Role
You will be mostly be located on our latest project, a conversion of commercial building into 6 apartments, close to the centre of Tiverton, working with a small team.
Typical work includes:
- Carpentry and general building
- Conversions, renovations, refurbishments and extensions
- Working independently or as part of a small, professional team
About You :
- Solid experience across multiple trades
- Takes pride in quality and finishing
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Comfortable working without constant supervision
- Professional, can-do attitude with customers and colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
