PM Contract Cleaning Services Ltd is a well-established exterior cleaning company operating throughout South Wales. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working and trustworthy individual to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role is primarily window cleaning using modern water-fed pole systems, although it will also include occasional gutter clearance, jet washing, UPVC cleaning, conservatory cleaning and other exterior cleaning services.
Working Hours
During the initial training period, the role will typically involve approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, allowing time for training and development.
As experience is gained and efficiency improves, most experienced operatives are able to complete the required workload in approximately 18 hours per week, whilst continuing to earn the same £400 weekly pay.
Duties Include:
- Window cleaning using water-fed pole systems
- Gutter clearance
- Jet washing
- UPVC, fascia and soffit cleaning
- Conservatory cleaning
- General exterior cleaning duties
- Driving between customer locations
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work

Trial Period
A one-month paid trial period will apply. Continued employment will depend on reliability, attendance, commitment, work quality and the ability to complete the required workload independently.
