Your part in the performance
You'll have a genuine passion for guitars and extensive knowledge of guitar brands, products and current market trends, alongside strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities

Source and develop our guitar product ranges.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms.

Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.

Manage pricing, margins and product launches.

Work with our ecommerce, marketing and content teams to ensure products are represented effectively online.

Provide product information to support high-quality listings and promotional campaigns.

Attend UK and international trade shows and supplier meetings when required.
Essential Skills & Experience

Experience working in a guitar retail or buying environment.

Commercial buying, merchandising or category management experience.

Understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
