We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Duties
- Offer personalised support to individuals, encouraging independence and confidence
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement
- Implement tailored programmes that promote learning, development, and well-being
- Mentor and motivate children through engaging activities and positive reinforcement
- Support behavioural management strategies in line with organisational policies
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress made
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment at all times
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Demonstrated mentoring or teaching experience is highly desirable
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals
- Organised and proactive approach to supporting others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and environments

Pay: £25,000.00-£36,099.95 per year
