We are looking for an experienced Financial Transactions Supervisor to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of all income and expenditure transactions across the RSC and its subsidiaries.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounting and Control, key areas of responsibility include (please see the Role Profile for the comprehensive list):
- Manage the full supplier payment process, making sure payments are accurate and follow internal controls.
- Oversee customer invoicing and receipts, including the flow of income data between Tessitura and Access Dimensions.
- Support daily, weekly, and month-end cash and bank tasks, working closely with the financial accounting team.
- Maintain insurance records, work with brokers, and coordinate annual renewals and any claims.
- Help improve finance processes and systems with the Finance Operations Manager.
- Act as key point of contact for queries relating to transactional finance related processes.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following:
- Good understanding of finance operations.
- Experience supervising a transactional finance team or function.
- Skilled in using financial systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, good with numbers, and confident working with data.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
- A good team player who can build positive working relationships with finance colleagues, other teams, and external contacts.
This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 3 days onsite in the office and 2 days remote working.
The role sits within a collaborative finance team, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to support effective financial management and decision-making.
